Hi, I’m Cael, an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in Vernon, BC.

I believe in the body’s innate ability to self-heal and self-regulate. My role is to support that process by helping your body move with greater ease, releasing restrictions so your arteries, veins, lymphatics, and nerves can function efficiently. When the body moves freely, every system benefits, leading to fewer symptoms, more energy, and overall better health.

In treatment, I assess and treat the whole body using gentle hands-on techniques such as myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, and joint articulations. Osteopathy can support a wide variety of concerns, including poor mobility, everyday aches and pains, digestive issues, migraines, and more.

My background includes eight years of education in movement and health. I first earned my Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Nipissing University in North Bay, Ontario. Wanting a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology, and a way to put that knowledge into practice, I went on to complete my Master’s in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Science at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Over four years, I completed 4,200 hours of training, including 1,000 supervised clinical hours.

I am a professional member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN), which is recognized by Canadian insurance companies and covered under most extended health plans (note: I do not offer direct billing).
